Yolanda Adams Joins Star-Studded Lineup for December 28 "Peace Starts With Me" Rally in Newark

NEW YORK, Dec. 26, 2019 — Five-time Grammy Award-winning "Queen of Contemporary Gospel Music," Yolanda Adams, is set to perform at the highly anticipated *Peace Starts With Me* rally at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, on December 28. Adams will join an impressive lineup of Grammy-winning talent, including the legendary Dionne Warwick, Gospel star Hezekiah Walker, and a 2,000-voice choir composed of local singers from across the Tri-State Area, directed by Emmy Award-winning producer A. Curtis Farrow. Other performers include Gospel sensations Kim Burrell, Joann Rosario Condrey, an orchestra, and dancers, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

The Peace Starts With Me rallies, co-sponsored by the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) and the American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC), have gathered thousands of individuals from diverse national, racial, and religious backgrounds since their inception in 2017 at Madison Square Garden. The rallies aim to promote unity and peace by bringing people together under a shared message of love and harmony.

The December 28 rally will also feature a keynote address by Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, affectionately known as the "Mother of Peace," whose global Peace Starts With Me speaking tour has inspired audiences worldwide. Dr. Moon, along with her late husband, Rev. Sun Myung Moon, has devoted more than 50 years to promoting family values as the foundation for lasting peace.

Performance Highlights:

- Dionne Warwick: One of the most charted female vocalists of all time, Warwick has had 56 singles make the Billboard Hot 100. Recently awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, she has garnered six Grammy Awards during her storied career.

- Bishop Hezekiah Walker: A two-time Grammy Award-winning Gospel artist and pastor of Love Fellowship Church in Brooklyn, Walker has been recognized with numerous awards for his inspiring music and contributions to the Gospel community.

- Kim Burrell: Known for her dynamic voice, Pastor Kim Burrell is a Grammy Award-nominated and Stellar Award-winning singer with a passion for ministry and music.

- Joann Rosario Condrey: Bilingual worship leader and pastor of RainFire Church in Georgia, Rosario Condrey continues to inspire Gospel audiences with her heartfelt worship.

Other Notable Figures:

- Bishop Noel Jones: Pastor of City of Refuge Ministries in Los Angeles, Bishop Jones is a theologian and scholar recognized for his innovative approach to religious leadership and his commitment to social issues.

- A. Curtis Farrow: A prominent Gospel music producer and choir director, Farrow has earned two Emmy Awards for his work on McDonald's Gospelfest and has set records for organizing the world's largest Gospel choirs.

The event is currently at capacity, but any remaining tickets will be available at the Prudential Center box office by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 28.
